Vision
To provide high-quality child care that promotes lifelong learners. Cultivate a developing child’s physical, emotional, moral, psychological, and spiritual attributes. Serving the whole child and providing opportunities that are personalized to the child’s skills and feelings.
Mission
We envision for our children to become active participants in their worlds and to grow cognitively, socially, and emotionally through child based, teacher facilitated learning. Students work independently, in small groups, engage in whole class discussions, and have daily opportunities to actively listen, question, reflect, revise, and share.
Philosophy
The Academy of Future Leaders believes that children by nature are active and curious. We feel it is important to provide activities for social growth, positive self-image and the development of school readiness skills, which can lead to future academic success.
